Natalie Williams

Natalie is a dynamic leader with more than 15 years of experience as a sales and operations manager in post-secondary education. She builds and develops strong teams that deliver results and think outside the box to exceed performance expectations, customer satisfaction, and outcomes for students and employers. Natalie’s tenure with Ancora began in 2012, when she served as the Campus Director for one of our sister schools, and in the ensuing 13 years she has established a career marked by success at every stage.
Jeff Burkhardt
Senior Director of CDL Operations
Jeff has more than 33 years of transportation and safety experience, and nearly a decade of bearing the responsibility for education and training CDL students for post-secondary education institutions. He is responsible for overseeing Ancora Training’s CDL programs and projects as they relate to compliance, curriculum, and operations personnel hiring, as well as training and development. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors for the Commercial Vehicle Training Association (CVTA), a position he has held since 2020. Jeff has been providing his key leadership to Ancora for more than a decade.
Kate Chauvin
Senior Director of Client Operations
Kate oversees Ancora’s relationships with our higher education clients, ensuring the implementation and ongoing support of our customers meets or exceeds Ancora’s standards. She is a highly effective leader and project management professional with experience in B2B, Call Center, and Education sectors. She maintains an exemplary track record of contributions to sales, share, and profit growth. Kate has been part of the Ancora family since 2017, when she was hired as an admissions representative. Since then, she has been recognized with a series of promotions of increasing visibility and responsibility.
Quiana Sanders
Senior Director of Academic Classroom Experience
Quiana plays a vital role as the liaison between our schools and our corporate partners. With more than two decades of experience in curriculum development, teaching, and assessment in both on campus and blended learning environments, Quiana is a natural fit for leading our academic teams. She is entrusted with developing curriculum that directly addresses specific client needs, and coordinating with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure the quality and accuracy of our programs. She is passionate about building courses that both draw in and inspire students, laying the foundation for a positive student experience from registration through course completion.
Lauren Marocco
Director of Business Development
Lauren is an exceptional leader with a strong history in financial aid administration, strategic leadership, and enrollment management. As the Senior Director of Business Development, Lauren provides her expert leadership to our sales team, developing ways to connect with future clients while nurturing the relationships we have with our current partners. Prior to joining the Ancora Training team, Lauren most recently served as the president of Arizona Automotive Institute (AAI) in Glendale, where she led campus operations, student success initiatives, and workforce development strategies.
