Steve Loftus is a business development and transportation professional with more than 25 years of experience in commercial driver training, workforce development, regulatory compliance, and transportation operations. Prior to that, he built his career as a professional Class A CDL driver, accumulating more than 900,000 safe driving miles. At Ancora Training, he helps organizations build skilled, safety-focused transportation workforces through innovative training solutions and strategic partnerships.

Director of Business Development
Lauren is an exceptional leader with a strong history in financial aid administration, strategic leadership, and enrollment management. As the Senior Director of Business Development, Lauren provides her expert leadership to our sales team, developing ways to connect with future clients while nurturing the relationships we have with our current partners. Prior to joining the Ancora Training team, Lauren most recently served as the president of Arizona Automotive Institute (AAI) in Glendale, where she led campus operations, student success initiatives, and workforce development strategies.
