How to Request Payment from Amazon Career Choice

Visit Amazon A to Z and submit a payment request for your chosen program. The payment request must be submitted BEFORE the start date of the course/program or by the application date specified by the school.

Navigate to Career Choice in Amazon A to Z
Click on the “Explore schools and programs” tile
Search Ancora Training
Find the program you are enrolled in
Click “request payment” on the program to begin the payment request process

Once submitted, the request will be sent to Ancora for us to confirm course level details, and either approve or deny the request on the program start date or after the grace period set by the school.

If approved, Amazon pays for your Ancora Training program directly!

Frequently Asked CDL Training Questions

How quickly can I participate in an Amazon Career Choice program?

Eligible Amazon employees can participate in Career Choice after only 90 days of employment.

Do I need previous driving experience?

No. Ancora’s CDL Class A & B tracks accept beginners and also provide refresher options for licensed drivers.

How long does training take?

Programs vary by track and schedule. Many associates finish accelerated programs in a matter of weeks; part-time schedules are available too.

What if I need help with scheduling around my Amazon shifts?

We specialize in working with shift-based employees. Tell us your availability during enrollment and we’ll find a class schedule that fits.
